I really value Linda and Shannon of Squarefoot (have not done much with Ashley but she is awesome too). Before I mention why, I have to say my appreciation for Linda specifically starts back in the day when I knew almost nothing about land or farms. A client really wanted me to list their $2 million family farm and I was in over my head.  I knew Linda was the Big Dog in town so rather than going alone, I asked Linda to co-list it with me. Well that was one of the smartest things I did as I got to learn from the best and our friendship only grew from there (I still think she is a Big Dog today!)  Shannon and I have great history as well. We have done nothing but great business together (most recently in fall of 2019 on a tough deal) as we look after our respective clients best interests and yet are always able to work through the “Not so easy stuff” with creative solutions! To be clear they are my competitors but they are also my friends and love that the best of the best are always only a phone call away.
