I am writing this letter to express my pleasure in working with Ashley Polischuik, who represented Barrie Housing on the recent lease of our new head office space.

Ashley was very diligent and listened to our requests, not only as a growing organization, but also the specific requirements that come with being a not for profit social housing provider.  Not only did we need more office space, but we also had to consider the availability and access for our tenants.  She was very quick to provide us with several different available spaces that more than satisfied our needs. 

I found Ashley to be a highly attentive agent, almost as though Barrie Housing was her only customers, although that was not the case.  She advocated for the organization and negotiated a contract that made both Barrie Housing and the Lessor happy.
