Squarefoot Partners is the real estate investment and management division of Squarefoot. Squarefoot Partners is a Simcoe County, private investment firm, focused on making investments in the real estate value add sector. We invest in a range of real estate asset types with one goal in mind: generate exceptional returns for our investors while contributing to the communities in our target markets.

Our experienced team works in collaboration with our network of Trusted Advisors to identify, underwrite, acquire and execute on the right investments at the right time. Our areas of focus include development and value-add real estate investments that encompass industrial, retail, multi residential real estate assets and creative investment strategies.

Our growing portfolio includes a number of value-add investments in the residential and commercial, land assembly space.

Our residential investments focus on value-add multi-residential, with an end game of future land assembly for redevelopment.
